Who am I?

Hi, my name is Midori. I'm a native Japanese from Tokyo and have been living in the UK for over 3 years. I have a BA of Law and worked in the legal sector for over 4 years in Tokyo.I’m also a professional actor and have got an MA in Acting in the UK.

I’ve been told many times, "I don’t understand your English," before I worked to improve my accent.
The clear and correct accent is such an important element for conversation.
When it comes to speaking Japanese, having a clear accent is essential to being understood by native speakers (just like in English). As an actor, I’ve trained in accent reduction for English in the UK, and I would like to offer techniques to help you improve your Japanese speaking.
